Coaching gives you a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect on what’s happening in your life, and focus on what matters most.

In our sessions, I help you see things from a new perspective, notice patterns you may have missed, and find the next steps that actually work for you. It’s a chance to slow down, reflect on what’s on your mind, and explore what you really want, without advice or pressure.

Together, we take a holistic view of your life - your work, routines, energy, and wellbeing - to see where things feel out of balance and explore what you want to move towards. I do this in a calm, grounded way, shaping coaching around your needs, your thinking, at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll ask the questions that help you see things differently, support you through everyday challenges, and help you take steady, practical steps forward.

I’m based in Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, and work with clients online across the UK. Below, you’ll find two ways we can work together. Each is designed to give you direction, structure, and space to reconnect with yourself, so you can move forward with confidence.

One-off Coaching Session

A focused session to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll explore what feels out of balance, uncover what’s getting in the way, and outline practical next steps to help you move forward.

This isn’t about a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s about slowing down enough to see what’s really going on, what matters to you, and what’s quietly holding you back, so you can leave with clarity, confidence, and direction.

Who it’s for: Ideal if you want perspective on one area of life, a reset, or to experience coaching before committing to a longer program.

3-Month Coaching Package

Reconnect, Reflect, Realign

A 3-month coaching journey to help you step back, see your life as a whole, and make meaningful, lasting changes. We slow things down to notice what’s really going on, what matters to you, and what’s been quietly holding you back, so you can start making choices that feel right for you.

In our sessions, we’ll explore patterns, habits, pressures, and the parts of yourself you may have been ignoring. Some of it will feel like a weight lifting off your shoulders; some of it will feel uncomfortable. I’ll support you, ask questions you might not have asked yourself yet, and help you take the next step with confidence.

Who it’s for: Perfect if you’re ready to make meaningful changes, reconnect with yourself, and want steady guidance and honest support to take practical steps forward.

Sessions take place online via video call.

3 months of coaching support: £645 (one-off payment) or 3 monthly payments of £215

Is coaching the same as therapy? No. Therapy looks to the past to support healing, while coaching focuses on the present and what’s next. Coaching is practical, future-focused, and designed to help you take steps to move forward.

 

What happens in a coaching session? Each session is guided by your needs. You’ll talk things through, reflect, explore what feels out of balance, and get support in finding your next steps. There’s no judgement, no pressure, or expectation, just honest conversation and practical reflection.

 

Where does the coaching take place? All sessions take place online via video call, so you can fit coaching easily into your routine.

 

How do I know if coaching with you is right for me? I offer a free initial call where you can ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and see if the support I offer is what you’re looking for. There’s no commitment, just a relaxed conversation.

 

What happens after the 3-month package ends? You can continue with ongoing sessions if you’d like, or simply take what you’ve gained and carry it forward. There’s no expectation either way, it’s entirely up to you.
