3-Month Coaching Package

Reconnect, Reflect, Realign

A 3-month coaching journey designed to help you step back, see your life as a whole, and make meaningful, lasting changes. This isn’t about fixing you, pushing you into a new identity, or forcing change for the sake of it. It’s about slowing things down enough to see what’s actually going on, what matters to you, and what’s not working anymore, so you can start making choices that feel right, not just sensible or expected.

 

Over three months, we look at the patterns, the habits, the pressures, and the parts of yourself you may have been ignoring or overriding. Some of this will feel like a weight lifting off your shoulders. Some of it will feel uncomfortable. All of it is to help you move forward, and not stuck where you are.

 

I’ll ask questions you might not have asked yourself yet. I’ll reflect things back honestly. And when it’s time to act, I’ll help you take the next step, not perfectly, but in a way that feels right for you.

 

Sessions take place online via video call, so you can join from wherever feels comfortable.

What’s included:

  • 1 x 90-minute intake session: Time to properly understand where you are now, what matters most, and what you want to move towards, even if that isn’t fully clear yet.

  • 5 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (usually fortnightly): These are focused, honest conversations. We reflect, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and decide what needs to shift.

  • Support between sessions: Light check-ins to help you stay connected, notice progress, and keep things on track.

  • Personalised tools, reflections and exercises: Practical ways to experiment, reflect, and embed the changes that matter to you.

This is for you if you feel ready for something to change, even if you’re not entirely sure what that looks like yet. It’s for people who want to be themselves, not a polished version of who they think they should be.

This journey is perfect if you want support and perspective, but also someone willing to be honest with you, to notice what you might be avoiding, and to help you take steady steps forward.

What working together looks like:

We begin by taking time to understand where you are now, what matters most to you, and what you want to move towards. Our sessions give you the time and space to slow down and make sense of what’s been shaping how you think, feel, and move through life, and what needs to change

 

From there, we focus on practical ways to move forward, small, gradual steps that fit into your real life, not an idealised version of it.

 

Between sessions, you’ll have time to try things out, notice what changes, and bring that back into the next session. I’m there to support you, but I can’t do the work for you, real change comes from what you’re willing to look at and act on. You won’t be doing it alone though. I’ll be there to help you stay focused, steady, and moving when things feel uncomfortable or new.

What is coaching? Coaching is a supportive space to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more clearly. Is coaching the same as therapy? No. Therapy looks to the past to support healing, while coaching focuses on the present and what’s next. Coaching is practical, future-focused, and designed to help you take steps to move forward.

 

What happens in a coaching session? Each session is guided by your needs. You’ll talk things through, reflect, explore what feels out of balance, and get support in finding your next steps. There’s no judgement, no pressure, or expectation, just honest conversation and practical reflection.

 

Where does the coaching take place? All sessions take place online via video call, so you can fit coaching easily into your routine.

 

How do I know if coaching with you is right for me? I offer a free initial call where you can ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and see if the support I offer is what you’re looking for. There’s no commitment, just a relaxed conversation.

 

What happens after the 3-month package ends? You can continue with ongoing sessions if you’d like, or simply take what you’ve gained and carry it forward. There’s no expectation either way, it’s entirely up to you.
